Tento mechanismus v\u00fdm\u011bny tepla zlep\u0161uje celkovou energetickou \u00fa\u010dinnost syst\u00e9mu a sni\u017euje provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Vyu\u017eit\u00edm s\u00edly term\u00e1ln\u00ed oxidace slou\u017e\u00ed RTO jako spolehliv\u00fd a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd prost\u0159edek pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed VOC v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Jsme high-tech podnik specializuj\u00edc\u00ed se na komplexn\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed odpadn\u00edch plyn\u016f z t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku a na technologie \u00faspory energie pro v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00ed technick\u00fd t\u00fdm se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z v\u00edce ne\u017e 60 technik\u016f v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje, v\u010detn\u011b 3 vedouc\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f na \u00farovni v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f a 16 vedouc\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f z V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pro raketov\u00e9 motory na kapaln\u00e1 paliva (Aerospace Sixth Institute). D\u00edky na\u0161im odborn\u00fdm znalostem jsme vyvinuli \u010dty\u0159i kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 technologie: tepelnou energii, spalov\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a automatick\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Jsme schopni simulovat teplotn\u00ed pole a simula\u010dn\u00ed modelov\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdpo\u010dty pole proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu. Krom\u011b toho m\u016f\u017eeme testovat v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f pro akumulaci tepla, v\u00fdb\u011br materi\u00e1l\u016f pro adsorpci molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch s\u00edt a vlastnosti organick\u00fdch t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin p\u0159i vysokoteplotn\u00edm spalov\u00e1n\u00ed a oxidaci. <\/p>\n<p>Spole\u010dnost z\u0159\u00eddila ve starobyl\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b Si-an v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pro technologie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. N\u00e1\u0161 objem v\u00fdroby a prodeje za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO nem\u00e1 na sv\u011bt\u011b obdoby.<\/p>\n<h2>Platformy pro v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Testovac\u00ed platforma pro vysoce \u00fa\u010dinnou technologii regulace spalov\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong> Tato platforma n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje vyhodnocovat a optimalizovat spalovac\u00ed procesy, co\u017e zaji\u0161\u0165uje efektivn\u00ed a \u010dist\u00e9 spalov\u00e1n\u00ed odpadn\u00edch plyn\u016f. Pokud jde o kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 technologie, podali jsme \u017e\u00e1dosti o 68 patent\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b 21 patent\u016f na vyn\u00e1lezy, kter\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty.
