V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se podrobn\u011b pod\u00edv\u00e1me na b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 syst\u00e9my RTO VOC reguluj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>1. T\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC)<\/h2>\n<p>T\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) jsou \u0161kodliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se b\u011b\u017en\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch procesech, jako je lakov\u00e1n\u00ed, tisk a chemick\u00e1 v\u00fdroba. Syst\u00e9my RTO VOC jsou navr\u017eeny tak, aby tyto zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky oxidovaly a ni\u010dily, a zabr\u00e1nily tak jejich emis\u00edm do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) vstoup\u00ed do syst\u00e9mu RTO, jsou sm\u011brov\u00e1ny do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed na teplotu mezi 815 \u00b0C a 980 \u00b0C. Tato vysok\u00e1 teplota zp\u016fsobuje, \u017ee se VOC rozkl\u00e1daj\u00ed na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru, kter\u00e9 se pot\u00e9 uvol\u0148uj\u00ed do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP)<\/h2>\n<p>Nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP) jsou dal\u0161\u00edm typem l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou b\u011b\u017en\u011b kontrolov\u00e1ny syst\u00e9my RTO VOC. HAP jsou \u010dasto karcinogenn\u00ed nebo toxick\u00e9 a vystaven\u00ed jim m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm. Mezi p\u0159\u00edklady HAP pat\u0159\u00ed benzen, formaldehyd a methylenchlorid.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b jako VOC jsou HAP (toxick\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny) po vstupu do syst\u00e9mu RTO sm\u011brov\u00e1ny do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed a oxiduj\u00ed. Tento proces vede k destrukci HAP a zabra\u0148uje jejich uvoln\u011bn\u00ed do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Oxidy dus\u00edku (NOx)<\/h2>\n<p>Oxidy dus\u00edku (NOx) jsou skupinou \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k tvorb\u011b smogu, kysel\u00fdch de\u0161\u0165\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch environment\u00e1ln\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f. NOx b\u011b\u017en\u011b vznikaj\u00ed b\u011bhem vysokoteplotn\u00edch spalovac\u00edch proces\u016f, jako jsou ty, kter\u00e9 se vyskytuj\u00ed v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch procesech.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my RTO VOC mohou tak\u00e9 \u0159\u00eddit emise NOx za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00edm sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed spalovac\u00ed komory. Kdy\u017e NOx vstoup\u00ed do sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed spalovac\u00ed komory, zah\u0159eje se na velmi vysokou teplotu, co\u017e zp\u016fsob\u00ed jeho rozklad na dus\u00edk a kysl\u00edk, co\u017e jsou ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 plyny.<\/p>\n<h2>4. \u010c\u00e1stice (PM)<\/h2>\n<p>Pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice (PM) ozna\u010duj\u00ed drobn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice prachu, ne\u010distot a dal\u0161\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou suspendov\u00e1ny ve vzduchu. Vystaven\u00ed PM m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k d\u00fdchac\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm, srde\u010dn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm a dal\u0161\u00edm zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm. PM b\u011b\u017en\u011b vznikaj\u00ed b\u011bhem pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch proces\u016f, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed brou\u0161en\u00ed, smirkov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my RTO VOC mohou \u0159\u00eddit emise pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic (PM) za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00edm filtra\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Kdy\u017e PM vstoup\u00ed do filtra\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, jsou zachyceny a odstran\u011bny z proudu vzduchu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zabr\u00e1n\u00ed jejich uvoln\u011bn\u00ed do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Oxid uhelnat\u00fd (CO)<\/h2>\n<p>Oxid uhelnat\u00fd (CO) je jedovat\u00fd plyn, kter\u00fd vznik\u00e1 p\u0159i nedokonal\u00e9m spalov\u00e1n\u00ed. Vystaven\u00ed CO m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k bolestem hlavy, z\u00e1vrat\u00edm a dokonce i smrti.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my RTO VOC dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed \u0159\u00eddit emise CO zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm \u00faplnosti procesu spalov\u00e1n\u00ed. Udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm vysok\u00e9 teploty ve spalovac\u00ed komo\u0159e a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed kysl\u00edku se CO rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 na ne\u0161kodn\u00fd oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Oxid si\u0159i\u010dit\u00fd (SO2)<\/h2>\n<p>Oxid si\u0159i\u010dit\u00fd (SO2) je b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 l\u00e1tka zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed produkovan\u00e1 b\u011bhem pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch proces\u016f, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed spalov\u00e1n\u00ed fosiln\u00edch paliv. Vystaven\u00ed SO2 m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k d\u00fdchac\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm a m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edvat k tvorb\u011b kysel\u00fdch de\u0161\u0165\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my RTO VOC mohou regulovat emise SO2 za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu pra\u010dky. Kdy\u017e SO2 vstoup\u00ed do syst\u00e9mu pra\u010dky, reaguje s chemick\u00fdm roztokem, kter\u00fd jej neutralizuje a zabra\u0148uje jeho uvoln\u011bn\u00ed do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Sirovod\u00edk (H2S)<\/h2>\n<p>Sirovod\u00edk (H2S) je bezbarv\u00fd plyn se z\u00e1pachem. B\u011b\u017en\u011b se produkuje b\u011bhem pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch proces\u016f, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed rozklad organick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f. Vystaven\u00ed H2S m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k d\u00fdchac\u00edm pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm, podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed o\u010d\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edm zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my RTO VOC mohou \u0159\u00eddit emise H2S za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu pra\u010dky podobn\u00e9ho tomu, kter\u00fd se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro SO2. Kdy\u017e H2S vstoup\u00ed do syst\u00e9mu pra\u010dky, je neutralizov\u00e1n a zabr\u00e1n\u011bno jeho uvoln\u011bn\u00ed do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Amoniak (NH3)<\/h2>\n<p>Amoniak (NH3) je bezbarv\u00fd plyn, kter\u00fd se b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdch a pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch procesech. Vystaven\u00ed vysok\u00fdm hladin\u00e1m amoniaku m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k d\u00fdchac\u00edm pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm, podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed o\u010d\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edm zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my RTO VOC mohou \u0159\u00eddit emise amoniaku za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu selektivn\u00ed katalytick\u00e9 redukce (SCR). Z nich n\u00e1m byly ud\u011bleny 4 patenty na vyn\u00e1lezy, 41 patent\u016f na u\u017eitn\u00e9 vzory, 6 patent\u016f na pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 vzory a 7 autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v k softwaru.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>V\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacita<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>1.
