Pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed se k \u00faprav\u011b t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC), kter\u00e9 jsou \u0161kodliv\u00e9 pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed rizika pro pracovn\u00edky. Pou\u017eit\u00ed RTO v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch procesech v\u0161ak s sebou nese ur\u010dit\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed aspekty, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba pe\u010dliv\u011b vyhodnotit a \u0159\u00eddit. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se budeme zab\u00fdvat z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi aspekty pro regulaci VOC u RTO.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Nebezpe\u010d\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru a v\u00fdbuchu<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO jsou provozov\u00e1na p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, co\u017e zvy\u0161uje riziko po\u017e\u00e1ru a v\u00fdbuchu. Zaveden\u00edm vhodn\u00fdch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed a poskytnut\u00edm odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edho \u0161kolen\u00ed a OOP pracovn\u00edk\u016fm lze minimalizovat rizika spojen\u00e1 s RTO a pracovn\u00edci mohou pracovat v bezpe\u010dn\u00e9m a zdrav\u00e9m pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Jsme \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd technologick\u00fd podnik specializuj\u00edc\u00ed se na komplexn\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed odpadn\u00edch plyn\u016f s t\u011bkav\u00fdmi organick\u00fdmi slou\u010deninami (VOC) a na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku a na technologie \u00faspory energie pro v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00ed technick\u00fd t\u00fdm se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z v\u00edce ne\u017e 60 technik\u016f v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje, v\u010detn\u011b 3 vedouc\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f na \u00farovni v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f a 16 vedouc\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f. D\u00edky na\u0161im odborn\u00fdm znalostem jsme vyvinuli \u010dty\u0159i kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 technologie: tepelnou energii, spalov\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a automatick\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho m\u00e1me schopnost simulovat teplotn\u00ed pole a simula\u010dn\u00ed modelov\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdpo\u010dty pol\u00ed proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu. M\u016f\u017eeme tak\u00e9 testovat v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f pro akumulaci tepla, vyb\u00edrat materi\u00e1ly pro adsorpci molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch s\u00edt a prov\u00e1d\u011bt experiment\u00e1ln\u00ed testov\u00e1n\u00ed charakteristik vysokoteplotn\u00edho spalov\u00e1n\u00ed a oxidace organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek VOC. Na podporu na\u0161eho v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9ho \u00fasil\u00ed jsme ve starobyl\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b Si-an z\u0159\u00eddili v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pro technologie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku ve v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynech.
