Integrace regulace VOC pomoc\u00ed RTO se st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmi syst\u00e9my m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd \u00fakol. Pochopen\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho syst\u00e9mu<\/h2>\n<p>Prvn\u00edm krokem k integraci regulace VOC z RTO se st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmi syst\u00e9my je pochopen\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. To zahrnuje anal\u00fdzu typu uvol\u0148ovan\u00fdch VOC, mno\u017estv\u00ed a doby uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 porozum\u011bt procesn\u00edmu toku a teplotn\u00edm a tlakov\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch proud\u016f. Detailn\u00ed pochopen\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho syst\u00e9mu pom\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho typu a velikosti RTO.<\/p>\n<h2>2. V\u00fdb\u011br spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Po anal\u00fdze st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho syst\u00e9mu je dal\u0161\u00edm krokem v\u00fdb\u011br spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho typu a velikosti RTO. To zahrnuje zv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed faktor\u016f, jako je objem v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho proudu, koncentrace t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a teplotn\u00ed a tlakov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. To zahrnuje kontrolu teplotn\u00edch a tlakov\u00fdch podm\u00ednek, sledov\u00e1n\u00ed koncentrace t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin a kontrolu potrub\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 net\u011bsnosti. Objem v\u00fdroby a prodeje za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO je na sv\u011bt\u011b daleko p\u0159ed ostatn\u00edmi.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Zaveden\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Na\u0161e spole\u010dnost se etablovala jako p\u0159edn\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00fd v\u00fdrobce za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00ed technick\u00fd t\u00fdm, kter\u00fd se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z v\u00edce ne\u017e 60 technik\u016f v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje, vyvinul \u010dty\u0159i kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 technologie: tepelnou energii, spalov\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a automatick\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Jsme schopni simulovat teplotn\u00ed pole a simula\u010dn\u00ed modelov\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdpo\u010dty pole proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu; m\u00e1me schopnost testovat v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f pro akumulaci tepla, vyb\u00edrat materi\u00e1ly pro adsorpci molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch s\u00edt a experiment\u00e1ln\u011b testovat vlastnosti vysokoteplotn\u00edho spalov\u00e1n\u00ed a oxidace organick\u00fdch t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC).
