\n Regenerativn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) jsou obl\u00edbenou technologi\u00ed pro kontrolu t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (VOC). D\u00edky vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti destrukce, n\u00edzk\u00fdm provozn\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm a \u0161etrnosti k \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed jsou RTO voliteln\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro mnoho pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00ed. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se podrobn\u011b budeme zab\u00fdvat \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed RTO p\u0159i kontrole emis\u00ed VOC.\n <\/p>\n
\n RTO je technologie pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e1 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 spalov\u00e1n\u00ed k odstran\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) z pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch emis\u00ed. RTO se skl\u00e1daj\u00ed ze dvou nebo v\u00edce komor napln\u011bn\u00fdch keramick\u00fdm m\u00e9diem, kter\u00e9 se st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed a ochlazuj\u00ed za \u00fa\u010delem oxidace zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek.\n <\/p>\n
\n Kdy\u017e vzduch s obsahem t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (VOC) vstupuje do tepeln\u00e9ho v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku (RTO), je p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n pr\u016fchodem tepeln\u00fdm v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edkem. Hork\u00fd vzduch pot\u00e9 vstupuje do prvn\u00ed komory napln\u011bn\u00e9 keramick\u00fdm m\u00e9diem. Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium poskytuje povrch, na kter\u00e9m se mohou zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky adsorbovat. Jakmile se keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium zah\u0159eje na teplotu spalov\u00e1n\u00ed, VOC oxiduj\u00ed a p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed se na vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru a oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd. Vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch pot\u00e9 proch\u00e1z\u00ed druh\u00fdm tepeln\u00fdm v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edkem, kde se teplo rekuperuje, ne\u017e je vypu\u0161t\u011bn.\n <\/p>\n

Pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdkonu je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed tak\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba a provoz syst\u00e9mu RTO.\n <\/p>\n

RTO mohou b\u00fdt nav\u00edc drah\u00e9 na instalaci a \u00fadr\u017ebu a ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi technologiemi mohou vy\u017eadovat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed prostorov\u00fd rozm\u011br.\n <\/p>\n
\n RTO se \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v mnoha pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch, v\u010detn\u011b chemick\u00e9 v\u00fdroby, zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed potravin, automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu a farmaceutick\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu. Z pou\u017eit\u00ed RTO pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee t\u011b\u017eit ka\u017ed\u00e9 odv\u011btv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 produkuje emise t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin.\n <\/p>\n

Tyto patenty pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty na\u0161\u00ed technologie. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b n\u00e1m byly ud\u011bleny 4 patenty na vyn\u00e1lezy, 41 patent\u016f na u\u017eitn\u00e9 vzory, 6 patent\u016f na pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 vzory a 7 autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v k softwaru.<\/p>\n D\u00edky na\u0161im pokro\u010dil\u00fdm v\u00fdrobn\u00edm mo\u017enostem m\u016f\u017eeme efektivn\u011b dod\u00e1vat vysoce kvalitn\u00ed produkty.
