V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se pono\u0159\u00edme do fungov\u00e1n\u00ed a komponent syst\u00e9mu RTO a jeho v\u00fdhod oproti jin\u00fdm technologi\u00edm pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Provoz syst\u00e9mu RTO<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Procesn\u00ed vzduch obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 aktivn\u00ed l\u00e1tky (HAP) vstupuje do komory RTO vstupn\u00edm potrub\u00edm a je p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n hork\u00fdmi plyny vystupuj\u00edc\u00edmi ze spalovac\u00ed komory p\u0159es v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk tepla.<\/li>\n<li>P\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd procesn\u00ed vzduch pot\u00e9 vstupuje do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na oxida\u010dn\u00ed teplotu, obvykle mezi 815 a 980 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>VOC a HAP v procesn\u00edm vzduchu se ve spalovac\u00ed komo\u0159e p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e se p\u0159i tom uvol\u0148uje teplo.<\/li>\n<li>Hork\u00e9 plyny ze spalovac\u00ed komory pot\u00e9 proch\u00e1zej\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edkem tepla, kde p\u0159ed\u00e1vaj\u00ed teplo p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9mu procesn\u00edmu vzduchu.<\/li>\n<li>\u010cist\u00fd, oxidovan\u00fd vzduch opou\u0161t\u00ed komoru RTO v\u00fdstupn\u00edm potrub\u00edm a je vypou\u0161t\u011bn do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/li>\n<li>Cyklus se pot\u00e9 opakuje, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e sm\u011br proud\u011bn\u00ed se m\u011bn\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fdch n\u011bkolik minut, aby byl oxida\u010dn\u00ed teplotu a doch\u00e1z\u00ed k oxidaci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek (HAP).<\/li>\n<li><b>V\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edky tepla:<\/b> Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed teplo mezi hork\u00fdmi plyny a p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fdm procesn\u00edm
