Jsou navr\u017eeny tak, aby ni\u010dily \u0161kodliv\u00e9 t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP) vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed b\u011bhem procesu nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f. Implementace RTO se st\u00e1v\u00e1 st\u00e1le popul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u00edky sv\u00e9 vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti, n\u00edzk\u00fdm provozn\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm a souladu s environment\u00e1ln\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se budeme zab\u00fdvat n\u011bkolika p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00fdmi studiemi \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch implementac\u00ed RTO v n\u00e1t\u011brov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie 1: V\u00fdrobce n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f A<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdrobce n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f A \u010delil \u0159ad\u011b probl\u00e9m\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s omezov\u00e1n\u00edm zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vypou\u0161t\u011blo vysok\u00e9 hladiny t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek (HAP), co\u017e nebylo v souladu s m\u00edstn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy. Spole\u010dnost se rozhodla instalovat syst\u00e9m RTO (Recover Tools - \u010dasova\u010d ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed), aby sn\u00ed\u017eila emise a zv\u00fd\u0161ila \u00fa\u010dinnost. Syst\u00e9m RTO byl navr\u017een tak, aby zvl\u00e1dl maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016ftok vzduchu 50 000 kubick\u00fdch stop za minutu (CFM) a m\u011bl \u00fa\u010dinnost ni\u010den\u00ed 981 TP4T.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m RTO byl vybaven v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edkem tepla, kter\u00fd p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edval proud vstupuj\u00edc\u00edho vzduchu p\u0159ed jeho vstupem do spalovac\u00ed komory. Spalovac\u00ed komora byla navr\u017eena pro provoz p\u0159i teplot\u011b 1 500 \u00b0F (1 500 \u00b0F), co\u017e zajistilo \u00faplnou destrukci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek (HAP). Vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch byl pot\u00e9 vypou\u0161t\u011bn do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<p>Po instalaci syst\u00e9mu RTO zaznamenal v\u00fdrobce n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f A v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nyn\u00ed spl\u0148ovalo m\u00edstn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy a spole\u010dnost u\u0161et\u0159ila zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed pen\u011bz za energie. Syst\u00e9m RTO m\u011bl tak\u00e9 n\u00edzk\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na \u00fadr\u017ebu, co\u017e d\u00e1le sn\u00ed\u017eilo provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie 2: V\u00fdrobce n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f B<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdrobce n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f B se pot\u00fdkal s podobn\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my souvisej\u00edc\u00edmi s omezov\u00e1n\u00edm zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Spole\u010dnost produkovala vysok\u00fd objem emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC), kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148ovaly m\u00edstn\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Spole\u010dnost se rozhodla instalovat syst\u00e9m RTO (Recover Tools - \u010dasova\u010d pro nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f), aby sn\u00ed\u017eila emise a zlep\u0161ila efektivitu procesu nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m RTO byl navr\u017een pro maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016ftok vzduchu 75 000 CFM a jeho \u00fa\u010dinnost destrukce byla 991 TP4T. Syst\u00e9m m\u011bl dv\u011b spalovac\u00ed komory, kter\u00e9 se st\u0159\u00eddaly ka\u017ed\u00fdch 30 minut, aby byl zaji\u0161t\u011bn nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00fd provoz. Syst\u00e9m RTO byl tak\u00e9 vybaven syst\u00e9mem rekuperace tepla, kter\u00fd p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edval proud vstupuj\u00edc\u00edho vzduchu p\u0159ed jeho vstupem do spalovac\u00ed komory.<\/p>\n<p>Zaveden\u00ed syst\u00e9mu RTO vedlo k v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed environment\u00e1ln\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f. V\u00fdrobce n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f B tak\u00e9 zaznamenal sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f d\u00edky zlep\u0161en\u00ed efektivity procesu nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie 3: V\u00fdrobce n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f C<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdrobce n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f C \u010delil probl\u00e9m\u016fm souvisej\u00edc\u00edm s kontrolou zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159edpis\u016f na ochranu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Spole\u010dnost se rozhodla instalovat syst\u00e9m RTO (Recover Tools - \u010dasova\u010d pro detekci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed), aby sn\u00ed\u017eila emise a dodr\u017eela p\u0159edpisy.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m RTO byl navr\u017een pro maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016ftok vzduchu 100 000 CFM a jeho \u00fa\u010dinnost destrukce byla 99,51 TP4T. Syst\u00e9m m\u011bl t\u0159i spalovac\u00ed komory, kter\u00e9 se st\u0159\u00eddaly ka\u017ed\u00fdch 20 minut, aby byl zaji\u0161t\u011bn nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00fd provoz.
