Regenerativn\u00ed term\u00e1ln\u00ed oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) jsou obl\u00edben\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v n\u00e1t\u011brov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu. Pro dosa\u017een\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti je v\u0161ak z\u00e1sadn\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u011b navrhnout RTO. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku prozkoum\u00e1me r\u016fzn\u00e9 aspekty n\u00e1vrhu RTO a jejich vliv na \u00fa\u010dinnost v n\u00e1t\u011brov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu.<\/p>\n
Rekuperace tepla je kritick\u00fdm faktorem p\u0159i n\u00e1vrhu RTO, kter\u00fd ur\u010duje \u00fa\u010dinnost syst\u00e9mu. V pr\u016fmyslu povrchov\u00fdch \u00faprav se RTO pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k regulaci emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC). Zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky se oxiduj\u00ed na CO2 a H2O, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se uvol\u0148uje zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed tepla. Teplo generovan\u00e9 b\u011bhem procesu spalov\u00e1n\u00ed lze vyu\u017e\u00edt k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed vstupn\u00edho procesn\u00edho vzduchu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se sni\u017euje energie pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 k udr\u017een\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9 teploty ve spalovac\u00ed komo\u0159e.<\/p>\n
Jedn\u00edm z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch konstruk\u010dn\u00edch aspekt\u016f je keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium pou\u017eit\u00e9 v RTO. Pr\u016ftok vzduchu tak\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uje tlakovou ztr\u00e1tu v syst\u00e9mu.
