Obsluha RTO v\u0161ak vy\u017eaduje specializovan\u00e9 znalosti a dovednosti. Proto je nezbytn\u00e9 \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b pro\u0161kolit obsluhu, aby se maximalizoval v\u00fdkon a \u00fa\u010dinnost syst\u00e9mu RTO.
