Vzhledem k rostouc\u00edm obav\u00e1m o \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdm p\u0159edpis\u016fm je pro spole\u010dnosti v pr\u016fmyslu n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f z\u00e1sadn\u00ed rozum\u011bt regula\u010dn\u00edm po\u017eadavk\u016fm spojen\u00fdm s pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm RTO a dodr\u017eovat je. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek si klade za c\u00edl poskytnout hloubkov\u00fd pr\u016fzkum regula\u010dn\u00edho r\u00e1mce upravuj\u00edc\u00edho RTO v pr\u016fmyslu n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Emisn\u00ed normy pro t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Pr\u016fmysl n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f podl\u00e9h\u00e1 specifick\u00fdm emisn\u00edm norm\u00e1m stanoven\u00fdm org\u00e1ny pro regulaci \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<br \/>\n\u2013 Pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed souladu s regula\u010dn\u00edmi po\u017eadavky mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dodr\u017eeny emisn\u00ed limity VOC.<br \/>\n\u2013 Pravideln\u00e9 testov\u00e1n\u00ed a monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed souladu s normami.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Povolov\u00e1n\u00ed a pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zpr\u00e1v<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed schv\u00e1len\u00e9 technologie pro regulaci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (RTO), mus\u00ed z\u00edskat pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 povolen\u00ed od org\u00e1n\u016f ochrany \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<br \/>\n\u2013 Po\u017eadavky na povolen\u00ed obvykle zahrnuj\u00ed p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed podrobn\u00fdch informac\u00ed o syst\u00e9mu RTO, jeho provozu a \u00fa\u010dinnosti kontroly.<br \/>\n\u2013 Pro zachov\u00e1n\u00ed souladu s p\u0159edpisy je nutn\u00e9 pravideln\u011b pod\u00e1vat zpr\u00e1vy o v\u00fdkonu syst\u00e9mu a emis\u00edch.<\/p>\n<h2>3.
