V pr\u016fmyslu n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f je kontrola zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed pro podniky velk\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem. Uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) do atmosf\u00e9ry m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt negativn\u00ed dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Jedn\u00edm z obl\u00edben\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed tohoto probl\u00e9mu je pou\u017eit\u00ed regenerativn\u00edch termick\u00fdch oxid\u00e1tor\u016f (RTO). RTO jsou vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed VOC, ale co p\u0159esn\u011b jsou kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty syst\u00e9mu RTO v pr\u016fmyslu n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f?<\/p>\n
Syst\u00e9m RTO se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z n\u011bkolika kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch komponent, v\u010detn\u011b:<\/p>\n
V\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edky tepla se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho vzduchu. Tyto v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edky tepla mohou b\u00fdt deskov\u00e9 nebo trubkov\u00e9. Hork\u00fd, vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch opou\u0161t\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed RTO proch\u00e1z\u00ed druh\u00fdm v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edkem tepla, kter\u00fd p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fd zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch. Tato rekuperace tepla je kl\u00ed\u010dovou vlastnost\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f RTO, proto\u017ee sni\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed paliva pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho k udr\u017een\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9 provozn\u00ed teploty.<\/p>\n
Syst\u00e9my RTO tak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed keramick\u00e9 vrstvy materi\u00e1lu k rekuperaci tepla. Tyto vrstvy materi\u00e1lu jsou um\u00edst\u011bny v jednotce RTO a jsou oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1ny proch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edmi v\u00fdfukov\u00fdmi plyny. P\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fd zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch pot\u00e9 proch\u00e1z\u00ed vyh\u0159\u00edvan\u00fdmi keramick\u00fdmi vrstvami materi\u00e1lu, kde se oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na po\u017eadovanou teplotu pro spalov\u00e1n\u00ed. Keramick\u00e9 vrstvy materi\u00e1lu jsou schopny akumulovat teplo po dlouhou dobu, co\u017e je \u010din\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00edmi pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v syst\u00e9mech RTO.<\/p>\n
Spalovac\u00ed komora je m\u00edstem, kde doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke skute\u010dn\u00e9mu spalov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC). Oh\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch se m\u00eds\u00ed se zemn\u00edm plynem nebo propanem a v\u00fdsledn\u00e1 sm\u011bs se ve spalovac\u00ed komo\u0159e zapaluje. Proces spalov\u00e1n\u00ed rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 VOC ve vzduchu a p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje je na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru.<\/p>\n
Nakonec je vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch vypou\u0161t\u011bn do atmosf\u00e9ry kom\u00ednem. Kom\u00edn je navr\u017een tak, aby zabr\u00e1nil \u00faniku zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n
Krom\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00edch komponent existuje n\u011bkolik pokro\u010dil\u00fdch komponent, kter\u00e9 lze do syst\u00e9mu RTO p\u0159idat pro dal\u0161\u00ed zlep\u0161en\u00ed jeho v\u00fdkonu.<\/p>\n
Pro dal\u0161\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spot\u0159eby paliva lze do syst\u00e9mu RTO p\u0159idat p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edva\u010d oxida\u010dn\u00edho \u010dinidla. P\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edva\u010d oxida\u010dn\u00edho \u010dinidla je v podstat\u011b v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk tepla, kter\u00fd p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 vstupuj\u00edc\u00ed zemn\u00ed plyn nebo propan p\u0159ed jeho vstupem do spalovac\u00ed komory. To umo\u017e\u0148uje efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spalov\u00e1n\u00ed a sni\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed paliva pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho k udr\u017een\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9 teploty.<\/p>\n
Do syst\u00e9mu RTO lze pro dal\u0161\u00ed zlep\u0161en\u00ed rekuperace tepla p\u0159idat tak\u00e9 kolo pro rekuperaci tepla. Kolo pro rekuperaci tepla je v podstat\u011b rotuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00e1lec napln\u011bn\u00fd keramick\u00fdm m\u00e9diem. Oh\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd, vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch opou\u0161t\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed jednotku RTO proch\u00e1z\u00ed kolem pro rekuperaci tepla, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fd zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch. T\u00edm se d\u00e1le sni\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed paliva pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho k udr\u017een\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9 provozn\u00ed teploty.<\/p>\n
Syst\u00e9my RTO jsou vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed VOC v n\u00e1t\u011brov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu.
