Regenerativn\u00ed term\u00e1ln\u00ed oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) se staly obl\u00edben\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch. Zejm\u00e9na se RTO staly nezbytn\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem v pr\u016fmyslu dekorativn\u00edch n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f. Tyto term\u00e1ln\u00ed oxid\u00e1tory umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed spole\u010dnostem v pr\u016fmyslu n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f kontrolovat emise t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC), sni\u017eovat provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady a spl\u0148ovat environment\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159edpisy.<\/p>\n
RTO je syst\u00e9m pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vysok\u00e9 teploty k odstran\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) z proud\u016f odpadn\u00edho vzduchu. Syst\u00e9m RTO funguje tak, \u017ee proud odpadn\u00edho vzduchu vede p\u0159es jednotku pro rekuperaci tepla, kde se vzduch p\u0159edeh\u0159eje na ur\u010ditou teplotu. P\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd vzduch je pot\u00e9 veden do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se oh\u0159eje na teplotu dostate\u010dn\u011b vysokou ke sp\u00e1len\u00ed VOC. Spaliny pot\u00e9 proch\u00e1zej\u00ed keramick\u00fdm lo\u017eem v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku tepla, kter\u00e9 absorbuje teplo z plyn\u016f. V pr\u016fmyslu dekorativn\u00edch n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f se b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed dva hlavn\u00ed typy RTO: jednokomorov\u00e9 RTO a dvoukomorov\u00e9 RTO.<\/p>\n
Jednokomorov\u00e9 RTO jsou nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edm typem RTO a pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jednu spalovac\u00ed komoru. Syst\u00e9m funguje tak, \u017ee proud odpadn\u00edho vzduchu je veden spalovac\u00ed komorou, kde se oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na teplotu dostate\u010dn\u011b vysokou ke sp\u00e1len\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin. Tento typ RTO je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro men\u0161\u00ed aplikace s n\u00edzk\u00fdm objemem odpadn\u00edho vzduchu.<\/p>\n
Dvoukomorov\u00e9 RTO jsou slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jednokomorov\u00e9 RTO a pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed dv\u011b spalovac\u00ed komory. Syst\u00e9m funguje tak, \u017ee proud odpadn\u00edho vzduchu vede skrz prvn\u00ed spalovac\u00ed komoru, kde se oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na teplotu dostate\u010dn\u011b vysokou ke sp\u00e1len\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (VOC). Oh\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd vzduch je pot\u00e9 veden p\u0159es lo\u017ee v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku tepla, kde uvol\u0148uje teplo do p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho vzduchu. Ochlazen\u00fd vzduch je pot\u00e9 veden do druh\u00e9 spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se znovu oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na teplotu dostate\u010dn\u011b vysokou ke sp\u00e1len\u00ed v\u0161ech zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch VOC. Tento typ RTO je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed aplikace s velk\u00fdm objemem odpadn\u00edho vzduchu.<\/p>\n
RTO se staly nezbytn\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v pr\u016fmyslu dekorativn\u00edch n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f. Umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed spole\u010dnostem kontrolovat emise t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (VOC), sni\u017eovat provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady a plnit environment\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159edpisy. Jednokomorov\u00e9 RTO jsou ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro men\u0161\u00ed aplikace s n\u00edzk\u00fdm objemem odpadn\u00edho vzduchu, zat\u00edmco dvoukomorov\u00e9 RTO jsou ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed aplikace s vysok\u00fdm objemem odpadn\u00edho vzduchu.
