Regenerativn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) se \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v pr\u016fmyslu n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) vznikaj\u00edc\u00edch b\u011bhem v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu. RTO se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k zachycen\u00ed a ni\u010den\u00ed VOC pomoc\u00ed vysokoteplotn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxidace, kter\u00e1 p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje VOC na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed RTO se st\u00e1v\u00e1 st\u00e1le popul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm d\u00edky jejich vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti a n\u00edzk\u00fdm provozn\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm.<\/p>\n
RTO funguj\u00ed na principu termick\u00e9 oxidace, kter\u00e1 zahrnuje pou\u017eit\u00ed vysok\u00fdch teplot k rozkladu t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Proces zahrnuje pou\u017eit\u00ed spalovac\u00ed komory, kter\u00e1 se pomoc\u00ed ho\u0159\u00e1ku zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na vysokou teplotu. Vzduch nasycen\u00fd VOC pot\u00e9 proch\u00e1z\u00ed spalovac\u00ed komorou, kde se VOC spaluj\u00ed. V\u00fdsledn\u00fd hork\u00fd vzduch pot\u00e9 proch\u00e1z\u00ed keramick\u00fdm v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edkem tepla, kde se teplo p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed do p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho vzduchu. Tento p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd vzduch se pot\u00e9 vrac\u00ed zp\u011bt do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se zap\u00e1l\u00ed a udr\u017euje proces spalov\u00e1n\u00ed.
