Toto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a bylo implementov\u00e1no v mnoha pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch. Implementace <a href=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/cs\/rto-for-air-pollution-control\/\">RTO kontrola zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed<\/a> Syst\u00e9my byly v tomto odv\u011btv\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 v regulaci emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC). Nap\u0159\u00edklad spole\u010dnost v pr\u016fmyslu n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f pou\u017eila syst\u00e9m regulace zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed RTO s jednotkou pro rekuperaci tepla k regulaci emis\u00ed VOC, co\u017e vedlo ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed o 95%.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/0-3.RTO-for-Coating.webp\" alt=\"RTO pro n\u00e1t\u011brov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl\" width=\"50%\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie 2: RTO pro chemick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl<\/h2>\n<p>Chemick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl je dal\u0161\u00edm odv\u011btv\u00edm s vysok\u00fdmi emisemi l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Zaveden\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed RTO bylo \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 v regulaci emis\u00ed t\u011bchto zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Nap\u0159\u00edklad jedna spole\u010dnost v chemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu pou\u017eila syst\u00e9m pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed RTO ke kontrole emis\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP), jako je benzen a toluen, co\u017e vedlo ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed o 99%.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie 3: RTO pro potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl<\/h2>\n<p>Potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl je odv\u011btv\u00ed s vysokou spot\u0159ebou energie a vysok\u00fdmi emisemi pach\u016f a t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin. Zaveden\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed RTO bylo \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 ve sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pach\u016f a emis\u00ed VOC v tomto odv\u011btv\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad jedna spole\u010dnost v potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu pou\u017eila syst\u00e9m pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed RTO ke kontrole pach\u016f a emis\u00ed VOC, co\u017e vedlo ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed dle standardu 90%.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie 4: RTO pro farmaceutick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl<\/h2>\n<p>Farmaceutick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl je dal\u0161\u00edm odv\u011btv\u00edm s vysok\u00fdmi emisemi l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Zaveden\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed RTO bylo \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 v regulaci emis\u00ed t\u011bchto zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Nap\u0159\u00edklad jedna spole\u010dnost ve farmaceutick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu pou\u017eila syst\u00e9m pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed RTO k regulaci emis\u00ed methylenchloridu, co\u017e vedlo ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed o 98%.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed RTO se prok\u00e1zaly jako vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 p\u0159i kontrole emis\u00ed l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch.
