Pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd sektor je jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch zdroj\u016f zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed na sv\u011bt\u011b. Proto je nezbytn\u00e9 zav\u00e9st \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my kontroly zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, aby se minimalizoval dopad zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek se zam\u011b\u0159uje na slu\u017ebu regenerativn\u00edho termick\u00e9ho oxid\u00e1toru (RTO) pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, jej\u00ed v\u00fdhody a fungov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak funguje syst\u00e9m kontroly zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed RTO je efektivn\u00ed a cenov\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u00e1 technologie, kter\u00e1 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 termickou oxidaci k eliminaci zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek ze ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Syst\u00e9m je navr\u017een tak, aby odstra\u0148oval t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) a dal\u0161\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP) uvol\u0148ovan\u00e9 z pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch proces\u016f. Syst\u00e9m RTO funguje na principu p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vstupn\u00edch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f v prim\u00e1rn\u00edm v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku tepla. P\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd plyn pot\u00e9 vstupuje do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se m\u00eds\u00ed se zemn\u00edm plynem nebo propanem a zapaluje se.<\/p>\n<p>Proces spalov\u00e1n\u00ed produkuje teplo, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed do keramick\u00fdch lo\u017eisek v rekupera\u010dn\u00ed komo\u0159e. Keramick\u00e9 lo\u017ee absorbuj\u00ed teplo a zvy\u0161uj\u00ed svou teplotu na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 760 \u00b0C. Jak plyn proud\u00ed keramick\u00fdmi lo\u017ei, uvol\u0148uje sv\u00e9 teplo m\u00e9diu, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 absorbovat teplo z p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho plynu. Na\u0161e kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 technologie zahrnuj\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i hlavn\u00ed technologie: tepelnou energii, spalov\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a samoregulaci.
