Regenerativn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory, b\u011b\u017en\u011b ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 jako RTO, jsou za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch emis\u00ed. Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm mechanismem RTO je proces termick\u00e9 oxidace, kter\u00fd p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodu prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm spalov\u00e1n\u00ed za vysok\u00e9 teploty.<\/p>\n

Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je v mnoha industrializovan\u00fdch zem\u00edch v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem a emise z pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch proces\u016f k tomuto probl\u00e9mu v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed. RTO jsou \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm tohoto probl\u00e9mu, kter\u00e9 poskytuje zp\u016fsob, jak tyto emise sn\u00ed\u017eit a splnit regula\u010dn\u00ed po\u017eadavky.<\/p>\n
RTO funguj\u00ed na principu v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku tepla, kter\u00fd p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed teplo ze spalovac\u00ed komory do proudu p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho vzduchu. Toto p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed eliminuje pot\u0159ebu dal\u0161\u00edho paliva k dosa\u017een\u00ed vysok\u00fdch teplot pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch pro oxidaci a sni\u017euje spot\u0159ebu energie.<\/p>\n

N\u00e1vrh syst\u00e9mu RTO z\u00e1vis\u00ed na n\u011bkolika faktorech, v\u010detn\u011b typu zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky, pr\u016ftoku a teploty. Provoz syst\u00e9mu RTO zahrnuje n\u011bkolik f\u00e1z\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b f\u00e1ze oh\u0159evu, f\u00e1ze spalov\u00e1n\u00ed a f\u00e1ze chlazen\u00ed.<\/p>\n
