Regenerativn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) jsou v\u0161eobecn\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za jeden z nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. RTO se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch emis\u00ed s vysok\u00fdm objemem vzduchu a n\u00edzkou koncentrac\u00ed VOC (t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin). Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek se bude zab\u00fdvat dopadem syst\u00e9m\u016f pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed RTO na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n
RTO jsou vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Funguj\u00ed tak, \u017ee zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed proud kontaminovan\u00e9ho plynu na vysok\u00e9 teploty, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje rozklad zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru. Tento proces je zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako oxidace. Vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd plyn se pot\u00e9 uvol\u0148uje do atmosf\u00e9ry. RTO maj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost a\u017e 99%, co\u017e je \u010din\u00ed vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdmi p\u0159i odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek z pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch emis\u00ed. <\/p>\n
RTO jsou vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 p\u0159i odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161irok\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1ly zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Pat\u0159\u00ed mezi n\u011b:<\/p>\n
RTO jsou tak\u00e9 vysoce energeticky \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9. Vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed teplo generovan\u00e9 b\u011bhem oxida\u010dn\u00edho procesu k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed vstupn\u00edho proudu kontaminovan\u00e9ho plynu. T\u00edm se sni\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed paliva pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho k udr\u017een\u00ed vysok\u00fdch teplot pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch pro oxidaci. V d\u016fsledku toho jsou RTO vysoce n\u00e1kladov\u011b efektivn\u00ed a mohou spole\u010dnostem u\u0161et\u0159it tis\u00edce dolar\u016f na n\u00e1kladech na energii.<\/p>\n
RTO maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 schopnost rekuperovat a znovu vyu\u017e\u00edvat teplo generovan\u00e9 b\u011bhem oxida\u010dn\u00edho procesu. Toto teplo lze pou\u017e\u00edt k p\u0159edeh\u0159evu jin\u00fdch proces\u016f, jako je su\u0161en\u00ed nebo spalov\u00e1n\u00ed. To nejen sni\u017euje n\u00e1klady na energii, ale tak\u00e9 sni\u017euje celkov\u00fd dopad pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch proces\u016f na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n
RTO jsou nen\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 na \u00fadr\u017ebu a maj\u00ed dlouhou \u017eivotnost. Nemaj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pohybliv\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti a vy\u017eaduj\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fadr\u017ebu. RTO mohou fungovat roky bez nutnosti v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby nebo oprav.<\/p>\n
\u017divotnost RTO se m\u016f\u017ee pohybovat od 10 do 20 let i v\u00edce. D\u00edky tomu jsou cenov\u011b efektivn\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro dlouhodobou kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. <\/p>\n
Z\u00e1v\u011brem lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee RTO jsou vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm a efektivn\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Jsou energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9, n\u00e1kladov\u011b efektivn\u00ed a maj\u00ed dlouhou \u017eivotnost. RTO hraj\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou roli ve sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho dopadu pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch proces\u016f na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. <\/p>\n
