Regenerativn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed syst\u00e9my pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. RTO se \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch, v\u010detn\u011b automobilov\u00e9ho, leteck\u00e9ho a chemick\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu. RTO ozna\u010duje proces, kter\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vysok\u00e9 teploty k p\u0159em\u011bn\u011b zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek vznikaj\u00edc\u00edch v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch procesech na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 plyny, jako je oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ra. Proces RTO funguje na principu p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho vzduchu. Tento oh\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd vzduch pot\u00e9 proch\u00e1z\u00ed vrstvou z keramick\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu, kter\u00e1 absorbuje teplo. Vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch se pot\u00e9 uvol\u0148uje do atmosf\u00e9ry. Absorbovan\u00e9 teplo se pot\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho vzduchu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed regenera\u010dn\u00ed cyklus, kter\u00fd minimalizuje spot\u0159ebu energie.<\/p>\n
RTO jsou vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 a efektivn\u00ed p\u0159i kontrole zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Tyto syst\u00e9my maj\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdhody:<\/p>\n

RTO se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v chemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu ke kontrole zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed generovan\u00e9ho r\u016fzn\u00fdmi procesy, v\u010detn\u011b v\u00fdroby polymer\u016f, prysky\u0159ic a dal\u0161\u00edch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed.<\/p>\n
Instalace RTO vy\u017eaduje pe\u010dliv\u00e9 pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a proveden\u00ed, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna optim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost a \u00fa\u010dinnost. Zde jsou kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 kroky procesu instalace:<\/p>\n
