Jednou z \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch metod kontroly zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na pokud jde o \u010d\u00e1stice, je pou\u017eit\u00ed regenerativn\u00edch termick\u00fdch oxid\u00e1tor\u016f (RTO). RTO jsou pokro\u010dil\u00e9 syst\u00e9my kontroly zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed vysok\u00e9 teploty a termickou oxidaci k odstran\u011bn\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek z pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek se bude zab\u00fdvat r\u016fzn\u00fdmi aspekty a v\u00fdhodami kontroly zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sticemi pomoc\u00ed RTO.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Princip fungov\u00e1n\u00ed RTO<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 RTO funguj\u00ed na principu termick\u00e9 oxidace, kde se zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky oxiduj\u00ed za vysok\u00fdch teplot.<br \/>\n\u2013 Pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice vstupuj\u00ed do komory RTO.<br \/>\n\u2013 Plyny se p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed a vedou do keramick\u00e9ho lo\u017ee, zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho jako rekupera\u010dn\u00ed m\u00e9dium.<br \/>\n\u2013 V rekupera\u010dn\u00edm m\u00e9diu se zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky oxiduj\u00ed p\u0159i teplot\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 se obvykle pohybuj\u00ed v rozmez\u00ed od 800 do 1 200 stup\u0148\u016f Celsia.<br \/>\n\u2013 Vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9, upraven\u00e9 plyny se pot\u00e9 uvol\u0148uj\u00ed do atmosf\u00e9ry, zat\u00edmco zachycen\u00e9 teplo se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vstupuj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>2.
