Regenerativn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed st\u00e1le popul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi v oblasti kontroly zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed d\u00edky sv\u00e9 vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti a n\u00edzk\u00fdm provozn\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku prozkoum\u00e1me n\u011bkolik p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00fdch studi\u00ed aplikac\u00ed RTO v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch a probereme v\u00fdhody pou\u017eit\u00ed RTO pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n

RTO v petrochemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu<\/h2>\n

Petrochemick\u00e9 z\u00e1vody b\u011bhem sv\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch proces\u016f \u010dasto emituj\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC). Tyto emise mohou m\u00edt negativn\u00ed dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. RTO se uk\u00e1zaly jako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro kontrolu emis\u00ed VOC v petrochemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu.<\/p>\n

Jedna p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie se t\u00fdkala petrochemick\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu v Texasu, kter\u00fd musel sn\u00ed\u017eit emise VOC o 951 TP3T. Z\u00e1vod instaloval syst\u00e9m RTO, kter\u00fd byl schopen zpracovat 150 000 krychlov\u00fdch stop za minutu (CFM) v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. Syst\u00e9m RTO dok\u00e1zal sn\u00ed\u017eit emise VOC o 981 TP3T, co\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159ekro\u010dilo po\u017eadovanou m\u00edru sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie se t\u00fdkala petrochemick\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu v Ji\u017en\u00ed Koreji, kter\u00fd se pot\u00fdkal s probl\u00e9my s vysok\u00fdmi provozn\u00edmi n\u00e1klady na syst\u00e9m regulace zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Z\u00e1vod nahradil st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9m za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm RTO a dok\u00e1zal sn\u00ed\u017eit provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady o 501 TP3T a z\u00e1rove\u0148 dos\u00e1hnout lep\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed VOC.<\/p>\n

RTO v potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu<\/h2>\n

Potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed mohou vypou\u0161t\u011bt \u0159adu zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek, v\u010detn\u011b pach\u016f a pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic. RTO se v potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k regulaci pach\u016f a emis\u00ed pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic.<\/p>\n

Jedna p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie se t\u00fdkala masokombin\u00e1tu v Missouri, kter\u00fd m\u011bl probl\u00e9my s emisemi z\u00e1pachu. Z\u00e1vod nainstaloval syst\u00e9m RTO, kter\u00fd dok\u00e1zal sn\u00ed\u017eit emise z\u00e1pachu o 951 TP3T. Syst\u00e9m RTO byl tak\u00e9 schopen dos\u00e1hnout rychlosti odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic o 991 TP3T.<\/p>\n

RTO v polygrafick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu<\/h2>\n

Z\u00e1vod instaloval syst\u00e9m RTO, kter\u00fd byl schopen zpracovat 50 000 CFM v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. Syst\u00e9m RTO dok\u00e1zal sn\u00ed\u017eit emise HAP o 991 TP3T, co\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159ekro\u010dilo po\u017eadovanou m\u00edru sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n
