Aplikace pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed RTO<\/p>\n
Regenerativn\u00ed termick\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor (RTO) je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed technologi\u00ed pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Jeho \u0161irok\u00e1 \u0161k\u00e1la pou\u017eit\u00ed z n\u011bj \u010din\u00ed v\u0161estrann\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed emisemi. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se budeme zab\u00fdvat r\u016fzn\u00fdmi aplikacemi RTO a jejich \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n

\nRTO hraj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v pr\u016fmyslu n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f t\u00edm, \u017ee efektivn\u011b odstra\u0148uj\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) emitovan\u00e9 b\u011bhem procesu nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f. T\u00edm je zaji\u0161t\u011bn soulad s environment\u00e1ln\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy a podpo\u0159eno \u010dist\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. \nChemick\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed procesy \u010dasto uvol\u0148uj\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. V\u0161estrannost RTO jim umo\u017e\u0148uje zpracov\u00e1vat \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu chemik\u00e1li\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm\u017e zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed \u010dist\u00fd vzduch a minimalizuj\u00ed dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n

\nVe farmaceutick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu se za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ke kontrole zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v d\u016fsledku v\u00fdroby l\u00e9\u010div. Regenerativn\u00ed proces v\u00fdm\u011bny tepla v r\u00e1mci termoelektrick\u00fdch jednotek RTO umo\u017e\u0148uje zp\u011btn\u00e9 z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed tepla, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se sni\u017euj\u00ed celkov\u00e9 provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady a zlep\u0161uje udr\u017eitelnost.<\/p>\n

\nNavzdory po\u017eadovan\u00e9 po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed investici nab\u00edzej\u00ed RTO dlouhodobou n\u00e1kladovou efektivitu. Jejich schopnost dos\u00e1hnout vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti ni\u010den\u00ed a energetick\u00e9ho vyu\u017eit\u00ed vede k ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm provozn\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm, co\u017e je z dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska \u010din\u00ed finan\u010dn\u011b \u017eivotaschopn\u00fdmi pro pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed.<\/p>\n

\nJednotky RTO jsou navr\u017eeny tak, aby spl\u0148ovaly p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 emisn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy stanoven\u00e9 agenturami pro ochranu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00ed technick\u00fd t\u00fdm poch\u00e1z\u00ed z P\u00e1t\u00e9 akademie \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 leteck\u00e9 v\u011bdy a techniky.
