V tomto blogov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku se budeme zab\u00fdvat r\u016fzn\u00fdmi aspekty RTO a jejich rol\u00ed v kontrole zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Co jsou to RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>RTO jsou typem syst\u00e9mu pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vysok\u00e9 teploty ke spalov\u00e1n\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. \u010casto se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch procesech, kter\u00e9 emituj\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP). RTO funguj\u00ed tak, \u017ee zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed kontaminovan\u00fd vzduch a proch\u00e1zej\u00ed ho keramick\u00fdm lo\u017eem pota\u017een\u00fdm katalyz\u00e1torem z drah\u00fdch kov\u016f. Katalyz\u00e1tor podporuje oxidaci VOC a HAP, \u010d\u00edm\u017e je p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru. V\u00fdsledn\u00fd \u010dist\u00fd vzduch se pot\u00e9 uvol\u0148uje do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak funguj\u00ed RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>RTO pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed t\u0159\u00edstup\u0148ov\u00fd proces ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>P\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong> Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch se p\u0159i vstupu do RTO p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1, co\u017e sni\u017euje energii pot\u0159ebnou ve spalovac\u00edm procesu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spalov\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong> P\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd vzduch je pot\u00e9 veden do jednoho ze dvou keramick\u00fdch lo\u017eisek, kde doch\u00e1z\u00ed k oxidaci zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. P\u0159i pr\u016fchodu vzduchu keramick\u00fdm lo\u017eem se uvol\u0148uje teplo, kter\u00e9 se pot\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chlazen\u00ed:<\/strong> \u010cist\u00fd vzduch se pot\u00e9 ochlad\u00ed, ne\u017e se vypust\u00ed do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Proces se cyklicky opakuje, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e se sm\u011br proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu mezi dv\u011bma keramick\u00fdmi vrstvami st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1.
