Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je nal\u00e9hav\u00fd glob\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd p\u0159edstavuje v\u00fdznamnou hrozbu pro lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a ekonomiku. Pro boj s t\u00edmto probl\u00e9mem byly vyvinuty r\u016fzn\u00e9 technologie pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a jednou z nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a nejpou\u017e\u00edvan\u011bj\u0161\u00edch metod jsou regenerativn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO).<\/p>\n

RTO je zkratka pro Regenerative Thermal Oxidizator (regenerativn\u00ed term\u00e1ln\u00ed oxid\u00e1tor), co\u017e je pokro\u010dil\u00fd syst\u00e9m pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed ur\u010den\u00fd k odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek z pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. RTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed vysokoteplotn\u00ed proces k rozkladu t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP).<\/p>\n
RTO funguj\u00ed na principu termick\u00e9 oxidace, kdy se kontaminovan\u00fd vzduch zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na vysokou teplotu ve spalovac\u00ed komo\u0159e. VOC a HAP se pot\u00e9 oxiduj\u00ed na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru. Teplo generovan\u00e9 b\u011bhem tohoto procesu se rekuperuje a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vstupn\u00edch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f, co\u017e zvy\u0161uje energetickou \u00fa\u010dinnost.<\/p>\n

V Si-anu jsme z\u0159\u00eddili v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pro technologie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a v Yanglingu m\u00e1me v\u00fdrobn\u00ed z\u00e1kladnu o rozloze 30 000 ks. Jsme p\u0159edn\u00edm sv\u011btov\u00fdm v\u00fdrobcem za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro rota\u010dn\u00ed kola se zeolitov\u00fdmi molekul\u00e1rn\u00edmi s\u00edty. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00ed technologick\u00fd t\u00fdm poch\u00e1z\u00ed z V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pro raketov\u00e9 motory na kapaln\u00e9 paliv\u00e1 (Aerospace 6th Institute). V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b m\u00e1me v\u00edce ne\u017e 360 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e 60 technick\u00fdch expert\u016f na v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj, z nich\u017e 3 jsou vedouc\u00edmi in\u017een\u00fdry, 6 jsou vedouc\u00edmi in\u017een\u00fdry a 47 doktory termodynamiky.<\/p>\n
