Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek se bude zab\u00fdvat p\u0159edpisy upravuj\u00edc\u00edmi pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed RTO pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a zd\u016frazn\u00ed jejich v\u00fdznam a dopad.<\/p>\n<h2>Regula\u010dn\u00ed r\u00e1mec<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00e1rodn\u00ed emisn\u00ed normy: Zem\u011b zavedly n\u00e1rodn\u00ed emisn\u00ed normy, kter\u00e9 specifikuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 limity pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky emitovan\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdmi procesy.
