RTO jsou navr\u017eeny tak, aby ni\u010dily \u0161kodliv\u00e9 t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) emitovan\u00e9 b\u011bhem procesu tisku. Pou\u017eit\u00ed RTO nejen zaji\u0161\u0165uje dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f o kvalit\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed \u00faspory energie d\u00edky rekuperaci tepla. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se budeme zab\u00fdvat r\u016fzn\u00fdmi aspekty RTO pro tisk a poprodejn\u00ed servis.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak funguj\u00ed RTO<\/h2>\n<p>RTO funguj\u00ed na principu termick\u00e9 oxidace. Vzduch nasycen\u00fd t\u011bkav\u00fdmi organick\u00fdmi slou\u010deninami (VOC) se nejprve p\u0159edeh\u0159eje ve v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku tepla, ne\u017e vstoup\u00ed do spalovac\u00ed komory. Uvnit\u0159 spalovac\u00ed komory se VOC oxiduj\u00ed p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch (&gt;815 \u00b0C) za p\u0159\u00edtomnosti kysl\u00edku, kter\u00fd je p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru. Hork\u00fd, \u010dist\u00fd vzduch se pot\u00e9 ochlad\u00ed ve v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku tepla a pot\u00e9 se uvoln\u00ed do atmosf\u00e9ry. Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba je nezbytn\u00e1 pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed efektivn\u00edho a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9ho provozu RTO.
