V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se budeme zab\u00fdvat v\u00fdhodami RTO pro tisk a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>Co je to RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>RTO je zkratka pro regenerativn\u00ed tepeln\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor. Jedn\u00e1 se o typ syst\u00e9mu pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vysok\u00e9 teploty k rozkladu \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek na m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00e9 slou\u010deniny, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru. RTO funguj\u00ed tak, \u017ee zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje oxidaci zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek a jejich rozklad na m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00e9 slou\u010deniny. Vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch se pot\u00e9 uvol\u0148uje do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak funguj\u00ed RTO v polygrafick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu?<\/h2>\n<p>V polygrafick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu se RTO pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k regulaci emis\u00ed z tiska\u0159sk\u00fdch stroj\u016f, su\u0161i\u010dek a dal\u0161\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 emituj\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP). RTO jsou obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 p\u0159i regulaci emis\u00ed z inkoust\u016f a n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f na b\u00e1zi rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel. Inkousty na b\u00e1zi rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel obsahuj\u00ed VOC, kter\u00e9 mohou p\u0159i nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 regulaci zp\u016fsobit zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a d\u00fdchac\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e tiskov\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vypust\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch, je tento shroma\u017e\u010fov\u00e1n a odes\u00edl\u00e1n do za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO (React Tools - tepeln\u00e9 \u010derpadlo). RTO oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch na teploty mezi 815 a 980 \u00b0C (1500 a 1800 \u00b0F) a po dobu n\u011bkolika sekund jej dr\u017e\u00ed ve spalovac\u00ed komo\u0159e, aby se zajistila jeho \u00fapln\u00e1 oxidace.
