Jednou z \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch technologi\u00ed, kterou lze k dosa\u017een\u00ed tohoto c\u00edle pou\u017e\u00edt, je pou\u017eit\u00ed regenerativn\u00edch termick\u00fdch oxid\u00e1tor\u016f (RTO). RTO nejen pom\u00e1haj\u00ed sni\u017eovat emise, ale tak\u00e9 hraj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. V tomto blogov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku se budeme zab\u00fdvat r\u016fzn\u00fdmi aspekty RTO pro tisk a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi standardy.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Pochopen\u00ed RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (RTO) jsou vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v polygrafick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu. Jsou navr\u017eena k \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP) emitovan\u00fdch b\u011bhem tiskov\u00e9ho procesu. RTO funguj\u00ed na principu regenerativn\u00edho procesu, kter\u00fd zahrnuje absorpci tepla z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a n\u00e1slednou oxidaci zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. To zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee emise uvol\u0148ovan\u00e9 do ovzdu\u0161\u00ed jsou v\u00fdrazn\u011b pod povolen\u00fdmi limity stanoven\u00fdmi regula\u010dn\u00edmi org\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n<h2>2. V\u00fdhody RTO v tisku<\/h2>\n<p>RTO nab\u00edzej\u00ed \u0159adu v\u00fdhod, pokud jde o tisk a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed standardy. Zaprv\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed sni\u017eovat zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. To nejen pom\u00e1h\u00e1 dodr\u017eovat environment\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159edpisy, ale tak\u00e9 zlep\u0161uje celkovou kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v tisk\u00e1rn\u011b a jej\u00edm okol\u00ed. Zadruh\u00e9, RTO p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu pracovn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee eliminuj\u00ed rizika spojen\u00e1 s uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm toxick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. \u010ci\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm vzduchu RTO zabra\u0148uj\u00ed hromad\u011bn\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mohou ohrozit zdrav\u00ed a pohodu pracovn\u00edk\u016f v polygrafick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty RTO<\/h2>\n<p>RTO se skl\u00e1daj\u00ed z n\u011bkolika d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch komponent, kter\u00e9 spolupracuj\u00ed na zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jejich spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pat\u0159\u00ed mezi n\u011b:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edky tepla: Jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za p\u0159enos tepla z odch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f do p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho \u010derstv\u00e9ho vzduchu.<\/li>\n<li>Spalovac\u00ed komora: M\u00edsto, kde se t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 aktivn\u00ed l\u00e1tky (HAP) oxiduj\u00ed za vysok\u00fdch teplot.<\/li>\n<li>Keramick\u00e9 podlo\u017eky: Slou\u017e\u00ed jako akumula\u010dn\u00ed a p\u0159enosov\u00e9 m\u00e9dium tepla.<\/li>\n<li>\u0158\u00eddic\u00ed syst\u00e9m: \u0158\u00edd\u00ed celkov\u00fd provoz RTO a zaji\u0161\u0165uje optim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Spr\u00e1vn\u00fd n\u00e1vrh a \u00fadr\u017eba t\u011bchto komponent jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro maximalizaci efektivity a spolehlivosti RTO v tiskov\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Integrace RTO s tiskov\u00fdm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm<\/h2>\n<p>Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO lze bezprobl\u00e9mov\u011b integrovat s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi tiskov\u00fdmi za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed jejich v\u00fdkon a bezpe\u010dnost. Mezi za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 lze k syst\u00e9mu RTO p\u0159ipojit, pat\u0159\u00ed tisk\u00e1rny, su\u0161ic\u00ed pece a lakovac\u00ed linky. P\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e9 studie a p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy \u00fasp\u011bchu<\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bkolik tisk\u00e1ren \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b zavedlo zaveden\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f RTO (Remote Tools - syst\u00e9m\u016f testov\u00e1n\u00ed na bezpe\u010dnost) ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed sv\u00fdch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch standard\u016f a environment\u00e1ln\u00ed stopy. Jedn\u00edm z takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f je tiskov\u00e1 spole\u010dnost ABC, kter\u00e1 instalac\u00ed syst\u00e9mu RTO sn\u00ed\u017eila emise VOC o 901 TP4T.
