\nPokud jde o tisk, kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 je efektivita. To m\u00e1 vliv nejen na hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd v\u00fdsledek firmy, ale tak\u00e9 na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Jedn\u00edm ze zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak zv\u00fd\u0161it efektivitu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 sn\u00ed\u017eit dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, je pou\u017eit\u00ed regenerativn\u00edch termick\u00fdch oxid\u00e1tor\u016f (RTO). V tomto blogov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku se budeme zab\u00fdvat v\u00fdhodami pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed RTO v tiskov\u00fdch operac\u00edch a t\u00edm, jak mohou zlep\u0161it provozn\u00ed efektivitu.\n<\/p>\n
\nRTO je technologie pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k eliminaci \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek vznikaj\u00edc\u00edch b\u011bhem tisku. RTO funguj\u00ed tak, \u017ee zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky oxiduj\u00ed za vysok\u00fdch teplot a p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed je na m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, jako je vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ra a oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd. Tento proces je vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd a dok\u00e1\u017ee ze vzduchu odstranit a\u017e 991 TP4T zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek.\n<\/p>\n
\nRTO maj\u00ed oproti jin\u00fdm technologi\u00edm pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u0159adu v\u00fdhod. Maj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad vysokou tepelnou \u00fa\u010dinnost, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed rekuperovat a znovu vyu\u017e\u00edvat energii z oxida\u010dn\u00edho procesu. D\u00edky tomu jsou ide\u00e1ln\u00ed volbou pro tiska\u0159sk\u00e9 operace, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed vysok\u00e9 teploty a velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed energie.\n<\/p>\n
\nExistuje n\u011bkolik zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak mohou RTO zlep\u0161it provozn\u00ed efektivitu v tiskov\u00fdch operac\u00edch:\n<\/p>\n
\nTiskov\u00e9 operace mohou zaznamenat prostoje, kdy\u017e je nutn\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vypnout kv\u016fli \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b nebo oprav\u00e1m.
