Pro \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed tohoto probl\u00e9mu byly zavedeny regenerativn\u00ed term\u00e1ln\u00ed oxid\u00e1tory (RTO), kter\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euj\u00ed emise. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se podrobn\u011b pod\u00edv\u00e1me na RTO pro tisk a laminov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Co je to RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>RTO je typ pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00fd se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch emis\u00ed. Syst\u00e9m funguje tak, \u017ee zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch protla\u010duje spalovac\u00ed komorou, kter\u00e1 je p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e1 na vysokou teplotu. Vysok\u00e1 teplota zp\u016fsobuje oxidaci zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek a jejich rozklad na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkty, jako je oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ra. \u010cist\u00fd vzduch se pot\u00e9 uvol\u0148uje do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<h2>Princip fungov\u00e1n\u00ed RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m RTO se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze dvou nebo v\u00edce paraleln\u00edch komor napln\u011bn\u00fdch tepeln\u00fdmi akumula\u010dn\u00edmi m\u00e9dii, jako jsou keramick\u00e9 nebo kovov\u00e9 vo\u0161tiny. Komory jsou rozd\u011bleny na vstupn\u00ed a v\u00fdstupn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st. Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch vstupuje do vstupn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti, kde je p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n v\u00fdfukov\u00fdmi plyny ze spalovac\u00ed komory. Hork\u00fd vzduch pot\u00e9 vstupuje do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na teplotu vzn\u00edcen\u00ed.
