V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se budeme zab\u00fdvat v\u00fdhodami a aplikacemi RTO pro s\u00edtotisk.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdhody RTO<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed: RTO odstra\u0148uj\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9 emise, \u010d\u00edm\u017e zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed \u010dist\u0161\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed pro pracovn\u00edky i okoln\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<br \/>\n\u2013 Dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f: Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm RTO mohou s\u00edtotiskov\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spl\u0148ovat a p\u0159ekra\u010dovat p\u0159edpisy a normy pro kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<br \/>\n\u2013 Energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost: RTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed regenerativn\u00ed proces, kter\u00fd rekuperuje a znovu vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 teplo generovan\u00e9 b\u011bhem provozu, co\u017e vede k ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159eb\u011b energie.<br \/>\n\u2013 \u00daspory n\u00e1klad\u016f: Energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO vede z dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>Princip fungov\u00e1n\u00ed RTO<\/h2>\n<p>RTO funguj\u00ed na principu oxidace t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek (HAP) za vysok\u00fdch teplot na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkty, jako je oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ra. Proces zahrnuje n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed kroky:<\/p>\n<p>1. P\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vstupn\u00edho vzduchu: Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch vstupuje do syst\u00e9mu RTO a proch\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edkem tepla, kde je p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n odch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm \u010dist\u00fdm vzduchem.<br \/>\n2.
