V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku prozkoum\u00e1me, jak se RTO pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v ofsetov\u00e9m tisku ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed VOC a jak\u00e9 jsou v\u00fdhody pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed RTO oproti jin\u00fdm technologi\u00edm sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak funguj\u00ed RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ke kontrole emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch, v\u010detn\u011b ofsetov\u00e9ho tisku. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO funguj\u00ed tak, \u017ee oh\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed vzduch nasycen\u00fd VOC na vysokou teplotu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e rozkl\u00e1daj\u00ed VOC na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO jsou navr\u017eena tak, aby zachycovala a znovu vyu\u017e\u00edvala teplo generovan\u00e9 b\u011bhem oxida\u010dn\u00edho procesu, co\u017e je \u010din\u00ed energeticky \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdmi a n\u00e1kladov\u011b efektivn\u00edmi.<\/p>\n<h3>Proces ofsetov\u00e9ho tisku<\/h3>\n<p>Ofsetov\u00fd tisk je proces, kter\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 tiskov\u00e9 desky, inkoust a gumovou podlo\u017eku k p\u0159enosu obrazu na pap\u00edr.
