Jak\u00e9 jsou p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e9 studie o \u00fa\u010dinnosti rekupera\u010dn\u00edch termick\u00fdch oxid\u00e1tor\u016f?<\/h1>\n

Rekuperativn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) jsou technologie pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 k odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP) z pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. Bylo prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee jsou \u00fa\u010dinnou metodou pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed a spln\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se budeme zab\u00fdvat p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00fdmi studiemi o \u00fa\u010dinnosti RTO.<\/p>\n

P\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie 1: V\u00fdrobce automobilov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f<\/h2>\n

Jedna p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie o \u00fa\u010dinnosti za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO byla provedena u v\u00fdrobce automobilov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f s v\u00fdrobn\u00ed linkou 3 000 000 d\u00edl\u016f m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bylo vybaveno dv\u011bma jednotkami RTO, ka\u017ed\u00e1 s kapacitou 70 000 SCFM (standardn\u00edch kubick\u00fdch stop za minutu) a \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed destrukce 991 TP4T. Studie zjistila, \u017ee za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO sn\u00ed\u017eila emise VOC v za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o v\u00edce ne\u017e 951 TP4T, \u010d\u00edm\u017e je dostala v\u00fdrazn\u011b pod regula\u010dn\u00ed limity. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO tak\u00e9 u\u0161et\u0159ila za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b p\u0159es 1 milion TP5T1 na provozn\u00edch n\u00e1kladech.<\/p>\n

P\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie 2: V\u00fdrobce l\u00e9\u010div<\/h2>\n

Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie byla provedena na farmaceutick\u00e9m v\u00fdrobce, kter\u00fd vyr\u00e1b\u00ed antibiotika. V\u00fdroba v tomto z\u00e1vod\u011b generuje zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC), co\u017e vy\u017eaduje \u00fa\u010dinnou technologii pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. V z\u00e1vod\u011b byla instalov\u00e1na jedin\u00e1 jednotka RTO s \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed likvidace 99,91 TP4T a kapacitou 20 000 SCFM. RTO \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eila emise VOC v z\u00e1vod\u011b o v\u00edce ne\u017e 981 TP4T, \u010d\u00edm\u017e splnila regula\u010dn\u00ed po\u017eadavky. RTO nav\u00edc z\u00e1vodu ro\u010dn\u011b u\u0161et\u0159ila p\u0159es 1 TP500 000 na provozn\u00edch n\u00e1kladech.<\/p>\n

P\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie 3: V\u00fdrobce chemik\u00e1li\u00ed<\/h2>\n

V\u00fdrobce speci\u00e1ln\u00edch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed provedl studii o \u00fa\u010dinnosti za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO (Remote Tools - procesn\u00ed topn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my) p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed instalovalo dv\u011b jednotky RTO, ka\u017ed\u00e1 s kapacitou 50 000 SCFM a \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed destrukce 99,91 TP4T. Jednotky RTO \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eily emise VOC v za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o v\u00edce ne\u017e 991 TP4T, \u010d\u00edm\u017e p\u0159ekro\u010dily regula\u010dn\u00ed po\u017eadavky. Jednotky RTO tak\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eily provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed minimalizac\u00ed spot\u0159eby paliva.<\/p>\n

Z\u00e1v\u011brem lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee rekuperativn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory se uk\u00e1zaly jako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a spln\u011bn\u00ed regula\u010dn\u00edch po\u017eadavk\u016f. P\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e9 studie diskutovan\u00e9 v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee RTO byly \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 v r\u016fzn\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch, v\u010detn\u011b automobilov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f, farmaceutick\u00e9ho a chemick\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu. Zaveden\u00ed RTO tak\u00e9 vedlo k podstatn\u00fdm \u00faspor\u00e1m n\u00e1klad\u016f pro za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee popt\u00e1vka po technologi\u00edch pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed nad\u00e1le roste, z\u016fstanou rekuperativn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory sch\u016fdnou mo\u017enost\u00ed pro spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit emise a fungovat udr\u017eiteln\u011b.<\/p>\n

Na\u0161e spole\u010dnost m\u00e1 v Si-anu v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pro technologie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku z odpadn\u00edch plyn\u016f a v\u00fdrobn\u00ed z\u00e1kladnu o rozloze 30 000 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch v Yanglingu. Jsme p\u0159edn\u00edm sv\u011btov\u00fdm v\u00fdrobcem za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO a rota\u010dn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s molekul\u00e1rn\u00edmi s\u00edty. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00ed technologick\u00fd t\u00fdm poch\u00e1z\u00ed z V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pro kapaln\u00e9 raketov\u00e9 motory spole\u010dnosti China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC). Na\u0161e spole\u010dnost m\u00e1 v\u00edce ne\u017e 360 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e 60 technologick\u00fdch p\u00e1te\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje, 3 vedouc\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f, 6 vedouc\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f a 165 doktorand\u016f v oboru termologie.<\/p>\n

Na\u0161imi hlavn\u00edmi produkty jsou rota\u010dn\u00ed ventilov\u00e1 oxida\u010dn\u00ed spalovna (RTO) a rota\u010dn\u00ed kolo s molekul\u00e1rn\u00edm s\u00edtem, adsorp\u010dn\u00edm a koncentra\u010dn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem.
