Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm principem RTO je oxidace VOC za vysok\u00fdch teplot a jejich p\u0159em\u011bna na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru. RTO se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z n\u011bkolika komponent, v\u010detn\u011b spalovac\u00ed komory, v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku tepla a \u0159\u00eddic\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. RTO je obl\u00edbenou technologi\u00ed pro regulaci VOC d\u00edky sv\u00e9 vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti, n\u00edzk\u00fdm provozn\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm a \u0161etrnosti k \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak to funguje?<\/h2>\n<p>RTO pracuje ve dvou kroc\u00edch. V prvn\u00edm kroku se v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny s obsahem t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (VOC) p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed ve v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku tepla \u010dist\u00fdm hork\u00fdm vzduchem ze spalovac\u00ed komory. Ve druh\u00e9m kroku se p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch (700\u20131500 \u00b0C) oxiduj\u00ed palivem a kysl\u00edkem. Spalovac\u00ed komora je navr\u017eena tak, aby udr\u017eovala spr\u00e1vnou teplotu a dobu setrv\u00e1n\u00ed, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna \u00fapln\u00e1 oxidace VOC.
