V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se budeme zab\u00fdvat v\u00fdhodami a aplikacemi termick\u00fdch oxid\u00e1tor\u016f RTO pro v\u00fdrobu plast\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>Co je to term\u00e1ln\u00ed oxid\u00e1tor RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>An <a href=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/cs\/rto\/\">RTO tepeln\u00e9 okysli\u010dovadlo<\/a><br \/>\n je typ syst\u00e9mu pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vysok\u00e9 teploty k ni\u010den\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek emitovan\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdmi procesy. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u00fdroby plast\u016f se RTO pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k eliminaci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a dal\u0161\u00edch nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP) produkovan\u00fdch b\u011bhem v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu. RTO funguj\u00ed tak, \u017ee zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch na vysokou teplotu, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje rozklad VOC a HAP na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkty, jako je oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ra.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak funguje term\u00e1ln\u00ed oxid\u00e1tor RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my RTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed proces zvan\u00fd termick\u00e1 oxidace k rozkladu zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Proces funguje tak, \u017ee se zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch zah\u0159eje na teplotu okolo 760 \u00b0C, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se VOC a HAP rozlo\u017e\u00ed na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkty. Syst\u00e9m RTO se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze spalovac\u00ed komory a dvou nebo v\u00edce v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk\u016f tepla. Spalovac\u00ed komora obsahuje ho\u0159\u00e1k, kter\u00fd oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fd zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch. V\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edky tepla p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fd zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch pomoc\u00ed tepla z odv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho \u010dist\u00e9ho vzduchu. Tento proces sni\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed paliva pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho k udr\u017een\u00ed vysok\u00e9 teploty pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro tepelnou oxidaci a zvy\u0161uje celkovou \u00fa\u010dinnost syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>Jednou z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch v\u00fdhod RTO je jejich sob\u011bsta\u010dnost. Jakmile RTO dos\u00e1hne po\u017eadovan\u00e9 teploty, dok\u00e1\u017ee proces udr\u017eet bez nutnosti dal\u0161\u00edho paliva.
