Od sv\u00e9ho vzniku pro\u0161la technologie RTO v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm pokrokem s c\u00edlem zlep\u0161it jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost a efektivitu. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek zkoum\u00e1 nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pokroky v technologii RTO, d\u00edky nim\u017e se stala preferovanou volbou pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v pr\u016fmyslu.<\/p>\n<h2>Pokrok 1: Vylep\u0161en\u00fd n\u00e1vrh RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Konstrukce RTO se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu let v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161ila. Jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch pokrok\u016f je pou\u017eit\u00ed vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9ho filtru pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic (HEPA) ve vstupn\u00edm potrub\u00ed k odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic z proudu procesn\u00edho vzduchu. Syst\u00e9m rekuperace tepla byl nav\u00edc optimalizov\u00e1n pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spot\u0159eby energie p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti likvidace. <\/p>\n<h3>HEPA filtr<\/h3>\n<p>HEPA filtry se staly nezbytnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed modern\u00edch RTO (renovovan\u00fdch topn\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f). HEPA filtr m\u00e1 vysokou \u00fa\u010dinnost zachycov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stic o velikosti pouh\u00fdch 0,3 mikronu. Filtra\u010dn\u00ed m\u00e9dium je vyrobeno ze sklen\u011bn\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken uspo\u0159\u00e1dan\u00fdch v hust\u00e9 roho\u017ei, kter\u00e1 zachycuje mal\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice p\u0159i jejich pr\u016fchodu. HEPA filtr je instalov\u00e1n ve vstupn\u00edm potrub\u00ed a je schopen odstranit a\u017e 99,971 TP3T \u010d\u00e1stic z proudu procesn\u00edho vzduchu.<\/p>\n<h3>Syst\u00e9m rekuperace tepla<\/h3>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m rekuperace tepla je kl\u00ed\u010dovou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed technologie RTO. Je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za rekuperaci tepla z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vstupn\u00edho proudu procesn\u00edho vzduchu. Nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pokrokem v konstrukci syst\u00e9m\u016f rekuperace tepla je pou\u017eit\u00ed protiproud\u00e9ho v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku tepla.
