Je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP). Stejn\u011b jako ka\u017ed\u00e1 jin\u00e1 technologie m\u00e1 v\u0161ak i RTO ur\u010dit\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba zv\u00e1\u017eit.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Spot\u0159eba energie<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 RTO vy\u017eaduj\u00ed k provozu zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed energie kv\u016fli cykl\u016fm oh\u0159evu a chlazen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Proces nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9 regenerace spot\u0159ebov\u00e1v\u00e1 zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed zemn\u00edho plynu nebo jin\u00fdch zdroj\u016f paliva.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Tato vysok\u00e1 spot\u0159eba energie nejen ovliv\u0148uje provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k emis\u00edm sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f, \u010d\u00edm\u017e vyva\u017euje environment\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosy sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek (HAP).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vynakl\u00e1d\u00e1 se \u00fasil\u00ed na zlep\u0161en\u00ed energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti v za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch pro obnovu tepla (RTO), nap\u0159\u00edklad pomoc\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f pro rekuperaci tepla, ale st\u00e1le to p\u0159edstavuje zna\u010dn\u00fd nedostatek.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Jsme p\u0159edn\u00edm sv\u011btov\u00fdm v\u00fdrobcem za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO a rota\u010dn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na b\u00e1zi molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch s\u00edt ze zeolit\u016f. N\u00e1\u0161 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd technologick\u00fd t\u00fdm poch\u00e1z\u00ed z V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pro raketov\u00e9 motory na kapaln\u00e1 paliva (Aerospace Six Institute).
