Regenerativn\u00ed termick\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor (RTO) je \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 technologie pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch. Je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP). Stejn\u011b jako ka\u017ed\u00e1 jin\u00e1 technologie m\u00e1 v\u0161ak i RTO ur\u010dit\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba zv\u00e1\u017eit.<\/p>\n

1. Vysok\u00e9 kapit\u00e1lov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady<\/h2>\n

2. Spot\u0159eba energie<\/h2>\n

\u2013 Vynakl\u00e1d\u00e1 se \u00fasil\u00ed na zlep\u0161en\u00ed energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti v za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch pro obnovu tepla (RTO), nap\u0159\u00edklad pomoc\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f pro rekuperaci tepla, ale st\u00e1le to p\u0159edstavuje zna\u010dn\u00fd nedostatek.<\/p>\n

3. Po\u017eadavky na prostor<\/h2>\n

\u2013 RTO jsou objemn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 pro instalaci vy\u017eaduj\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed prostoru.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Velk\u00e1 velikost je nezbytn\u00e1 pro um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk\u016f tepla, spalovac\u00ed komory a dal\u0161\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed.<\/p>\n

4. \u00dadr\u017eba a prostoje<\/h2>\n

\u2013 Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO vy\u017eaduj\u00ed pravidelnou \u00fadr\u017ebu, aby byl zaji\u0161t\u011bn optim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkon a zabr\u00e1nilo se poruch\u00e1m za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Keramick\u00e1 m\u00e9dia pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 v syst\u00e9mu vy\u017eaduj\u00ed pravidelnou kontrolu, \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a v\u00fdm\u011bnu, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k prostoj\u016fm ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm procesu.<\/p>\n

\u2013 I kdy\u017e jsou metody RTO \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin, mohou m\u00edt omezen\u00ed v dosa\u017een\u00ed vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti destrukce n\u011bkter\u00fdch slou\u010denin.<\/p>\n

\u2013 N\u011bkter\u00e9 t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) mohou b\u00fdt kv\u016fli sv\u00fdm chemick\u00fdm vlastnostem nebo n\u00edzk\u00fdm koncentrac\u00edm obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b oxidovateln\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u2013 To m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b oxidovan\u00fdch slou\u010denin, kter\u00e9 mohou i nad\u00e1le p\u0159edstavovat environment\u00e1ln\u00ed a zdravotn\u00ed rizika.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Vyhodnocen\u00ed specifick\u00e9ho slo\u017een\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (VOC) a konzultace s odborn\u00edky mohou pomoci ur\u010dit vhodnost RTO pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed aplikace.<\/p>\n

Navzdory nev\u00fdhod\u00e1m spojen\u00fdm s RTO z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed v mnoha pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch obl\u00edbenou volbou pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Jejich schopnost sni\u017eovat emise VOC a HAP je v\u00fdznamn\u00e1, a\u010dkoli pro informovan\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed je nutn\u00e9 pe\u010dliv\u00e9 zv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed nev\u00fdhod. Posouzen\u00edm investi\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f, spot\u0159eby energie, prostorov\u00fdch po\u017eadavk\u016f, pot\u0159eb \u00fadr\u017eby a \u00fa\u010dinnosti destrukce VOC mohou podniky ur\u010dit vhodnost RTO pro sv\u00e9 specifick\u00e9 aplikace.<\/p>\n

Jsme \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd podnik zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00fdrobou za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, specializuj\u00edc\u00ed se na komplexn\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed odpadn\u00edch plyn\u016f z t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC), redukci emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku a technologie \u00faspory energie. Mezi na\u0161e kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 technologie pat\u0159\u00ed tepeln\u00e1 energie, spalov\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a samoregulace a m\u00e1me schopnost simulovat teplotn\u00ed pole a pole proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu. M\u00e1me tak\u00e9 schopnost testovat vlastnosti keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f pro akumulaci tepla, porovn\u00e1vat a vyb\u00edrat adsorp\u010dn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly na b\u00e1zi molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch s\u00edt ze zeolit\u016f a testovat vysokoteplotn\u00ed spalovac\u00ed a oxida\u010dn\u00ed vlastnosti organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek VOC. Vybudovali jsme v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pro technologie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pro redukci emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku z odpadn\u00edch plyn\u016f v Si-anu a v\u00fdrobn\u00ed z\u00e1kladnu o rozloze 30 000 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch v Yanglingu. Jsme p\u0159edn\u00edm sv\u011btov\u00fdm v\u00fdrobcem za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO a rota\u010dn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na b\u00e1zi molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch s\u00edt ze zeolit\u016f. N\u00e1\u0161 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd technologick\u00fd t\u00fdm poch\u00e1z\u00ed z V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pro raketov\u00e9 motory na kapaln\u00e1 paliva (Aerospace Six Institute). V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b m\u00e1me v\u00edce ne\u017e 360 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e 60 technick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f ve v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoji, v\u010detn\u011b 3 vedouc\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f, 6 vedouc\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f a 184 doktor\u016f termodynamiky.<\/p>\n

Certifikace, patenty a vyznamen\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n
