Syst\u00e9my RTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed vysok\u00e9 teploty k rozkladu t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP) na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru. To vede k v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, co\u017e je nezbytn\u00e9 pro udr\u017een\u00ed udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Princip fungov\u00e1n\u00ed RTO<\/h2>\n<p>RTO se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze spalovac\u00ed komory, rekupera\u010dn\u00ed jednotky a keramick\u00e9ho lo\u017ee. Proces za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 oh\u0159evem keramick\u00e9ho lo\u017ee na vysokou teplotu. Vzduch nasycen\u00fd t\u011bkav\u00fdmi organick\u00fdmi slou\u010deninami (VOC) je pot\u00e9 veden do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se zap\u00e1l\u00ed a sp\u00e1l\u00ed p\u0159i vysok\u00e9 teplot\u011b. Teplo ze spalovac\u00ed reakce se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho vzduchu, kter\u00fd je pot\u00e9 veden do keramick\u00e9ho lo\u017ee. Keramick\u00e9 lo\u017ee absorbuje teplo a VOC se oxiduj\u00ed, co\u017e vede k emisi oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ry.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdhody RTO<\/h2>\n<p>RTO m\u00e1 v petrochemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu n\u011bkolik v\u00fdhod, v\u010detn\u011b:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vysok\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost destrukce VOC \u2013 RTO m\u016f\u017ee dos\u00e1hnout \u00fa\u010dinnosti destrukce VOC a\u017e 99%, co\u017e je nezbytn\u00e9 pro minimalizaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00edzk\u00e9 provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady \u2013 Syst\u00e9my RTO maj\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00e9 provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady d\u00edky sv\u00e9 vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti a n\u00edzk\u00fdm n\u00e1rok\u016fm na \u00fadr\u017ebu.<\/li>\n<li>Rekuperace energie \u2013 Syst\u00e9my RTO dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed rekuperovat a\u017e 951 TP4T tepla generovan\u00e9ho b\u011bhem procesu spalov\u00e1n\u00ed, co\u017e vede k v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm \u00faspor\u00e1m energie.<\/li>\n<li>Dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f \u2013 Syst\u00e9my RTO jsou navr\u017eeny tak, aby spl\u0148ovaly m\u00edstn\u00ed, st\u00e1tn\u00ed a feder\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159edpisy t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se kontroly zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Aplikace RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my RTO se \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v petrochemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.
