V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se budeme zab\u00fdvat v\u00fdznamem RTO v polovodi\u010dov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, jejich z\u00e1kladn\u00edm fungov\u00e1n\u00edm a t\u00edm, jak pom\u00e1haj\u00ed zajistit udr\u017eitelnost a efektivitu v\u00fdroby polovodi\u010d\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>Co je to RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>RTO je typ pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00fd se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edho vzduchu z pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch proces\u016f. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b polovodi\u010dov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu jsou RTO navr\u017eeny k \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu, kter\u00fd je ods\u00e1v\u00e1n z r\u016fzn\u00fdch procesn\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b polovodi\u010d\u016f. RTO funguje na principu kombinace tepla a chemick\u00fdch reakc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky ve odpadn\u00edm vzduchu na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 slou\u010deniny p\u0159ed jejich uvoln\u011bn\u00edm do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<h3>Jak funguje RTO?<\/h3>\n<p>RTO funguje na principu procesu zvan\u00e9ho termick\u00e1 oxidace, kter\u00fd rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 a eliminuje \u0161kodliv\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky z odv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho vzduchu. RTO se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze t\u0159\u00ed hlavn\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed: spalovac\u00ed komory, v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku tepla a \u0159\u00eddic\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Spalovac\u00ed komora je m\u00edstem, kam je p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn odv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fd vzduch nasycen\u00fd zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edmi l\u00e1tkami a oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n na vysokou teplotu. V\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk tepla je m\u00edstem, kde se hork\u00fd odv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fd vzduch ochlad\u00ed a teplo se zachyt\u00ed a znovu vyu\u017eije. \u0158\u00eddic\u00ed syst\u00e9m je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed a regulaci teploty, pr\u016ftoku a dal\u0161\u00edch parametr\u016f, aby se zajistila efektivn\u00ed \u010dinnost RTO.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdhody RTO v polovodi\u010dov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu<\/h2>\n<p>RTO nab\u00edzej\u00ed polovodi\u010dov\u00e9mu pr\u016fmyslu n\u011bkolik v\u00fdhod, v\u010detn\u011b:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost<\/h3>\n<p>Termoelektrick\u00e9 topn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my (RTO) jsou energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9, proto\u017ee dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed rekuperovat a znovu vyu\u017e\u00edt velkou \u010d\u00e1st tepla generovan\u00e9ho b\u011bhem procesu spalov\u00e1n\u00ed.
