Tato technologie se v posledn\u00edch letech stala st\u00e1le popul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u00edky sv\u00e9 vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti, n\u00edzk\u00fdm provozn\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm a environment\u00e1ln\u00ed udr\u017eitelnosti. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se budeme zab\u00fdvat konstruk\u010dn\u00edmi aspekty RTO a jejich aplikacemi v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00davahy o designu<\/h2>\n<h3>Syst\u00e9m v\u00fdm\u011bny tepla<\/h3>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m v\u00fdm\u011bny tepla je jednou z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed tepeln\u00e9ho v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku (RTO). Skl\u00e1d\u00e1 se z keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia pro v\u00fdm\u011bnu tepla, kter\u00e9 st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b absorbuje a uvol\u0148uje teplo b\u011bhem f\u00e1z\u00ed spalov\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. Konstrukce syst\u00e9mu v\u00fdm\u011bny tepla je nezbytn\u00e1 pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed toho, aby teplota vstupuj\u00edc\u00edch plyn\u016f byla dostate\u010dn\u011b vysok\u00e1 pro zah\u00e1jen\u00ed procesu spalov\u00e1n\u00ed a aby teplota v\u00fdstupn\u00edch plyn\u016f byla dostate\u010dn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e1, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. <\/p>\n<h3>Konstrukce spalovac\u00ed komory<\/h3>\n<p>Spalovac\u00ed komora za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO je m\u00edstem, kde doch\u00e1z\u00ed k oxidaci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC). Komora mus\u00ed b\u00fdt navr\u017eena tak, aby poskytovala dostate\u010dnou dobu zdr\u017een\u00ed pro plnou reakci VOC s kysl\u00edkem a udr\u017eovala vysokou teplotu pro \u00fapln\u00e9 spalov\u00e1n\u00ed. Tyto emise mohou b\u00fdt \u0161kodliv\u00e9 pro lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, proto je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed RTO z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro spln\u011bn\u00ed regula\u010dn\u00edch norem.<\/p>\n<h3>Petrochemick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl<\/h3>\n<p>RTO se tak\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v petrochemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu ke kontrole emis\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP) z v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu.
