Proto se tato \u010d\u00e1st o\u0161et\u0159\u00ed procesem UV fotol\u00fdzy + adsorpce\/desorpce aktivn\u00edho uhl\u00ed, aby spl\u0148ovala normy, a pot\u00e9 se vypust\u00ed kom\u00ednem. Zdrojem tepla pro desorpci aktivn\u00edho uhl\u00ed je v\u00fdm\u011bna tepla s odpadn\u00edmi plyny z \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed RTO a dopl\u0148kov\u00fdm elektrick\u00fdm oh\u0159evem nebo rota\u010dn\u00edm horkovzdu\u0161n\u00fdm v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edkem tepla s koncentrovan\u00fdm zeolitem nebo vysokoteplotn\u00edm vzduchem RTO;<\/li>\n<li>Stroj na hlubotisk cigaretov\u00fdch etiket se vyzna\u010duje velk\u00fdm objemem v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a n\u00edzkou koncentrac\u00ed. I po \u00faprav\u011b za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed za \u00fa\u010delem sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed vzduchu a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed koncentrace nen\u00ed koncentrace vysok\u00e1, co\u017e ovliv\u0148uje suchost a zbytky rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla v hlubotiskov\u00e9m stroji. Proto se organizovan\u00fd i neorganizovan\u00fd sb\u011br odes\u00edl\u00e1 na rota\u010dn\u00ed kolo pro koncentraci zeolitu ke zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed.<br \/>Tiskov\u00fd stroj na pap\u00edr z borovice vodn\u00ed nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dnou organizaci, a proto je koncentrace v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f v m\u00edstnosti pro m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed barev a v m\u00edstnosti pro nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd odpad odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm zp\u016fsobem n\u00edzk\u00e1. Proto jsou plyny tak\u00e9 p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bny do kola pro adsorpci a zakoncentrov\u00e1n\u00ed zeolitu. Vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd plyn je odv\u00e1d\u011bn kom\u00ednem, aby spl\u0148oval normu.<br \/>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee adsorp\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost zeolitov\u00e9ho koncentra\u010dn\u00edho kola je nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159i teplot\u011b \u2264 40 \u2103 a relativn\u00ed vlhkosti \u2264 70%, je pro vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teploty p\u0159id\u00e1no dal\u0161\u00ed povrchov\u00e9 chladic\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (nap\u0159\u00edklad chladic\u00ed v\u011b\u017e s vodou), aby se zajistilo, \u017ee teplota a relativn\u00ed vlhkost v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f jsou v optim\u00e1ln\u00edm stavu.<br \/>Desorp\u010dn\u00ed teplo ze zeolitov\u00e9ho koncentra\u010dn\u00edho kola poch\u00e1z\u00ed z regenerativn\u00ed oxida\u010dn\u00ed pece s rota\u010dn\u00edm ventilem (RTO);<\/li>\n<li>Tiskov\u00fd stroj na pap\u00edr z borovice vodn\u00ed m\u00e1 velk\u00fd objem v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a vysokou koncentraci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) ve v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynech. Proto je syst\u00e9m hork\u00e9ho vzduchu tiskov\u00e9ho stroje upraven pomoc\u00ed LEL (level emisn\u00ed limitu v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f), aby se sn\u00ed\u017eily v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny a zv\u00fd\u0161ila se jejich koncentrace. Zachycen\u00e9 v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny jsou odes\u00edl\u00e1ny do rota\u010dn\u00ed akumula\u010dn\u00ed oxida\u010dn\u00ed pece (RTO) k p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9mu spalov\u00e1n\u00ed.
